Your role as People Manager will be to help find, grow and keep people at eSynergy. You will be working in partnership with the leadership team to provide care and support to enable people to build their crafts.
Your role will be compromised of the following 7 areas:
Culture & values
Be an advocate of eSynergy’s culture and values.
Onboarding & Offboarding
Define an onboarding/ offboarding process. Work with the leadership team to execute this.
Salary/ promotion reviews
Work with the leadership team to define and execute salary/ promotion reviews. Promote and arrange reviews internally.
Incentives & benefits
Work with the leadership to organise and roll-out incentives. Engage with people to help them understand and utilise the company benefits.
Engage with people to help them understand and utilise training. Work with the leadership team to set up and run internal training. Research and arrange external training.
Aid in navigating and resolving people relations issues. Manage programmes to help people develop.
Support internal hiring
Work with the leadership team to arrange interviews for internal hiring. Provide referrals from your network.
