Understanding our customer needs and requirements

Inside Sales are tasked with sourcing new sales opportunities through market intelligence and trends

Responsibilities:

  • Be a world-class expert in your market; develop a deep understanding of the financial services or public sector vertical
  • Develop and convert market intelligence and trends into new business opportunities
  • Research target customers and key stakeholders
  • Create engaging content to generate interest
  • Work closely with the Business Development team to covert qualified opportunities in the sales pipeline
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify lead associates and pre-formed teams for specific engagements

Experience required

  • Previous experience in an inside sales role, outbound call centre or related sales position would be advantageous
  • Good organisational skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to conduct market research and present insights
  • Keen interest in cloud, open-source and best ways of working in the tech space
