Our Engagement Leads are tasked with delivering exceptional value to our government, financial services and high growth start up communities


  • Be a world class expert in your market delivering exceptional value into existing & new customers
  • Hosting pitches, presentations, workshops and bids with our lead associates, customers & partners.
  • Build and deliver SOW (statements of work), negotiating commercials and financials with internal & customer teams
  • Cross sell & identify new market opportunities, develop market intelligence and trends across the market
  • Reviews, forecasts, stakeholder management
  • Work closely with internal teams to identify lead associates and pre-formed teams for specific engagements.

Experience required

  • Proven ability managing customer relationships in the cloud consulting landscape both existing and new. Ideally across government.
  • Commercial acumen around bid writing, pitches, proposals, workshops and negotiating commercials & financials.
  • Keen interest in cloud, open source and best ways of working in the tech space.
  • Ability to set up SOW and run the project for delivery. Understand delivering business value.
  • Partner channels. Working with partners to drive value with customers.
