Your role as Bid Manager will be to own project knowledge and content for all bids and tenders. You will be responsible for building our intellectual property to respond to all bids/tenders across both public and private sectors.

Define and execute a bid strategy
Responsible for responding to all framework business (e.g. GCloud, DoS, CCS etc). Keeping up to date with framework changes and looking for new frameworks to expand our portfolio of opportunities.
Build your craft by gaining a deep understanding of our projects and service offerings. Draw down from previous experience to set a best practise for responding to bids/tenders/ proposals internally.
You will be expected to write clearly crafted content to support bids and adapt the style and flavour to accommodate differing environments.
Work closely with eSynergy associates to develop your knowledge of the industry and draw upon their expertise to support bids and tenders.
Regularly visiting client sites and project teams to get a deeper understanding of our project portfolio.
You will work with internal stakeholders to build strong relationships to ensure all bids / tenders adhere to the same standards
