As someone who’s led transformation in government for 6 years Emma Stace has experienced first hand – just how important cultural change is and how important it is to empower people to lead change. Hear more from Emma about what empowerment looks like from her perspective as a woman leading change in the Department for Education.

Emma Stace | Director of Digital and organisational change at the Department for Education
Emma has led service design and delivery strategies for several government departments, focusing on making life simpler for users.
Emma’s previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at a national Australian youth charity; a managing consultant in London and a Partner and Director of a multi-media agency in South Africa. Emma has a long standing interest in leadership, cultural change and the art of building high performing, multi-disciplinary teams.
Emma is married with three children, and lives in London.

Stephanie is responsible for product experience, design, marketing, and propositions.
Stephanie has a background in advertising and consumer technology. She has won a Cannes Lion for creativity and a CES innovations award for pioneering a new digital health service.
Stephanie is also a champion for gender equality and wellbeing.
