Diversity and inclusion at eSynergy

Discover how we’re creating a transparent, consistent and inclusive workplace

Without diversity in your organisation, you cannot truly understand your customer. In our experience, diversity fosters a culture of change, growth, innovation and empathy.

– Patrick Crompton, Founder

Our commitment

We have a long-standing commitment to advancing diversity, equality and inclusion, across both our internal organisation and the clients and associate communities we serve. Our vision, to build a sustainable and diverse technology consultancy, is fundamental to our culture and core values.

Because we’re a consultancy, we have a responsibility to ensure our products and services mirror the teams that build them and the communities they serve.

Data-driven diversity

Our strategy is driven by our data. This allows us to make evidence-based decisions to really understand the representation of our communities.

We asked our team to take part in an optional, anonymous survey, to gather more information. This showed us that we had more work to do to get us to where we want to be. So, we’ve set ourselves objectives and key results (OKR’s); to guide our efforts, measure our progress and hold us fully accountable.

Diversity and inclusion are at the core of the business and everything we do.

There’s so much already underway but we have more to do.

Our vision is to build a sustainable and diverse technology consultancy, focused on delivering business value from the cloud through our communities.

This year we have committed to:

“Diversity is being invited to the party; inclusion is being asked to dance.”

– Vernā Myers

Our pledges

We are proud signatories of the Tech Talent Charter at the Race at Work Charter. We encourage other organisations to also pledge their commitment to the delivery of greater diversity in the technology and digital industry.

The Tech Talent Charter (TTC) is a non-profit organisation leading a movement to address inequality in the UK tech sector and drive inclusion and diversity in a practical and uniquely measurable way.

After 25 years of campaigning for Race Equality in the UK, Business in the Community (BITC) believes every employer must prioritise action on race.

Disability Confident is creating a movement of change, encouraging employers to think differently about disability and take action to improve how they recruit, retain and develop disabled people.

Join our community!

‘Beequal’ (Balanced Empowered Equal) provides those who are passionate about technology, who want to diversify their workforce, upskill themselves and build great leaders and teams, a place to come together, to share ideas, hear from storytellers and be inspired by tech ambassadors.
