Best Companies Outstanding Accreditation 2017

I’ve been working in the recruitment industry for over 16 years, experiencing first-hand what it takes for companies to build successful teams. In my experience, the most successful teams live and breathe a set of shared beliefs and values. It’s these values, in my opinion, that ultimately shape company culture and that build customer trust.

Whilst technology is (finally) having an impact in our industry, recruitment is first and foremost about building relationships and customer trust. Consultants that take the time to understand their candidates and clients, who invest time in mastering their markets and who build customer trust are the ones that end up being the most successful.

Since I joined eSynergy earlier this year, I’ve been blown away by how our core values of Courage, Collaboration and Ownership are demonstrated on a daily basis. Regardless of whether someone has been in the organisation for 10+ years or whether they’ve been with us for a week, our values are reflected in everything we do.

We decided to enter the Best Companies award earlier this year to see how our perception of our success measured up against other organisations. I feel that the award is a fair reflection of our environment and team and I look forward to growing with the company in 2017!
